Help Serena Heal So She Can Keep Helping Others

Serena Foster is a wife, mom of four amazing boys, and a physical therapist assistant and movement instructor in Cedar City, Utah. She’s spent years helping others heal—through yoga, women-specific fitness, postpartum exercise, balance training, and by working closely with neurological patients on their journey to recovery. Movement is her passion, and she’s devoted her life to helping others find strength and hope through it.

Now, Serena needs our help.

In February 2025, Serena underwent a hip surgery that ended in complications—her hip joint collapsed, leaving her with no option but a total hip replacement. At only 39 years old, this will be her third surgery on the same hip in three years. Her total hip replacement surgery is scheduled for May 23rd.

This unexpected setback has brought not only physical and emotional challenges, but financial strain as well. As she faces recovery once again, Serena and her family are in need of support to cover medical costs, therapy, and time away from work. They have also had expenses with relocation and gaps in employment during this time.
