This is incredibly difficult for me to write, and asking for help like this is something I never imagined I’d have to do. But right now, my dad desperately needs support, and this is the only option we have left.

My dad is 74 years old, and he’s currently homeless. Recently, my father had a major heart surgery that has left him in the hospital for two months. He has no health insurance, no stable shelter, and no resources to recover properly. He’s spent his life working hard, but now, in one of the most vulnerable times of his life, he has almost nothing to fall back on. My family and I are doing everything we can to get him back on track, but we simply don’t have the funds to get him the help he needs.

Recovering from heart surgery at 74 years old is no easy feat, especially without a safe and stable shelter to recover in.

We’re raising money to cover his most urgent needs and to help him get back on his feet. Every dollar donated will go directly toward:

    •    Safe shelter – Whether that’s temporary housing, rent assistance, or a long-term solution

    •    Medical expenses – Covering follow-up care, prescriptions, and anything else he needs after surgery

    •    Basic necessities – Food, transportation, and everyday essentials

    •    Finding stability – Helping him get the support and resources needed to rebuild
