Help seniors for successful aging

Want to join me in making a difference?We are raising money to benefit seniors.

Studies suggest loneliness is as deadly as smoking or obesity and results in high blood pressure and higher stress levels. Another study suggest One-fourth of senior above 65 are socially isolated. Project ASISH (https://ilightglobal.org/project/asish-action-for-social-isolation-and-senior-health/) is working for the challenges of Senior Isolation, Mental Health, Hunger and Homelessness in improving their quality of life and enabling them to successful aging by social engagement and purpose to community.

In Boston, USA they meet each week on first Tuesday at China Town in Tzu chi office followed by lunch.

In Melbourne, Australia they connect together in parks and restaurants and create a happy friendly atmosphere to foster each other.

In Bhopal, India leading the project ASISH has a network of volunteers who support the mental health and nutritional needs of homeless seniors.
