Help Secure US Citizenship for a Friend

UPDATE:: When I say my community shows up, this is what I mean. Yall met this goal in 6 HOURS! I'm lucky AF to know all of you. María didn't know I reached out to yall (cause I knew she'd say No lol) so this was a huge surprise to her and she asked me to share her message of thanks. (I will leave this fundraising page open through the end of the week - surplus funds will be sent to María for citizenship test transportation, materials, etc. All others will be donated to the Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation.) I honestly don’t even know where to start—thank you just doesn’t feel big enough for what you’ve done for me. Your generosity and support in helping me achieve my citizenship means the world. Pittsburgh community, especially my beloved friend Amethy, has taught me the kind and endless compassion that a human being can give. In this country, I have experienced that in challenging times, people come together and support one another, and in my case, it was not the exception.
