Hello friends!
We recently caught up with Lulu for a second time a few weeks ago here in Seattle. She is still living outside under a tarp and is also going to school full time on-line! As a female, living on the streets is much more difficult and dangerous and Lulu does not feel safe being alone.
She has reached out to Seattle Stories requesting to raise money for us to buy her an RV or mobile home. She desires a place where she can lock the door and also be mobile. One of her goals is to move back to California.
Let's rally and raise some funds and get her the ultimate Christmas present!
We helped another neighbor "Taco" receive a donated RV from Karen. You can see the moving video here .

Seattle Stories provides an inclusive visual storytelling opportunity for individuals currently or formerly unhoused, allowing the unheard voices of those marginalized to be brought forward. By documenting and sharing the experiences and views of those frequently underrepresented in public discourse a path is provided to restore dignity, create compassion, and increase understanding for how we can address homelessness.
