Hello and thank you for listening. I made this GoFundMe because unexpectedly, my father was taken into custody of immigration. My father was simply doing his check-in for his immigration status called the ISAP program at an immigration facility. They illegally took my father into their custody on 10/5/25. I haven't been able to get in contact with my father until he is fully processed in a different immigration facility located in California City. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to ensure we have a present lawyer for his court date. My father has always checked in when he was supposed to, whether it was a house check-up or a virtual check-up. My father always did his part to make sure his situation was good, so for them to still take my father into custody is just unfair. Please help support my family and I to afford an immigration lawyer. Thank you to all who took the time to listen to my story, and may all our situations get better.
