Help Secure a Safe Home for Grandchildren

I am creating this fundraiser for legal fees to keep guardianship of my grandchildren. Their mother is trying to remove them from me they have lived with me since they were five weeks old they are now nine years old we are the only family they know. My grandchildren don’t want to go with their mom. A few months ago their mom and her boyfriend tried to shot and kill my son (her children father) for no apparent reason. My son was followed which lead to a car chase they ran my son off the road and disabled his car her boyfriend got out of the car and shot several rounds into my son’s car my son slumped over in the seat and played dead. The two of them drove off thinking they shot him. Once they found out from my son he was not hit by any of his bullets they came back to the scene to finish him this time around. Once they got back to the scene police were everywhere they spotted her and the boyfriend and she took the police on a high speed chase.

She was also out on bond calling my son three way with her boyfriend who is in jail still threatening my son while In lockup.

My granddaughters don’t want to be with her and that’s her fault not mine. I really fill going to court without an attorney for any case is not a good idea everybody is working against you. I thought the GAL was going to be fair but I was wrong. I can’t understand how you can do whatever you want for nine years and think it’s okay to come back and ruin your children’s lives.

The case went to trial her boyfriend got ten years and she got two years probation. She got off easy it was her gun registered to her, driving her car during the high speed chase with the police, she also told the police she was the shooter and it was her gun and she is a felon and she still works with patients. This is the person that is now wanting her children she had very little interest in them in the past. Now that she doesn’t have to pay her boyfriend’s attorney fees she can pay an attorney to get her kids back. They were never a priority to her. CHILDREN LIVES MATTER!
