Well, we never thought we would use this option, but yet here we are. Scott is my partner, my spouse and my love. He is in the service industry, and if you know anything about that line of work, you know there is no such thing as sick time or PTO for whatever reason. He desperately needs a hip replacement. For the last couple of years Scott has been pushing through while we figured out the source of his excruciating pain. The last few months have been very rough especially working the whole time. We have it scheduled finally for 6/10. If you are able to give anything, we would be very grateful. We are paycheck-to-paycheck kinda folks. Going down to one will be very hard, and even though we have great insurance, it will cost over $2k for the hip. Once Scott gets this done, he will have #2 done. Ah, the wonders of aging!
