Hey! So I'm Sassy/Sharon. Recently we found out that our home is being sold due to our landlord passing away. We can possibly qualify for a first time buyer's loan to attempt to purchase our home ourselves. We're raising the funds ourselves as well opening it up to the communities and friends and family and whoever else feels led to help us reach enough for the down payment because that's more than likely what we will still have to pay.

Currently we don't have a timeline on how long the house will take to sell, as it is getting put on the market next week. As far as the market stands right now, we are unable to afford another rental in our area. We would also like to not have to surrender Cayde, our very much loved lab mix, as well due to most places not allowing pets.

Our family motto is, "We'll figure it out." But this time, we may end up needing a miracle so I made this to keep it transparent and open about one of the only ways we have to save our home.

Normally I would never do this considering my struggles with accepting help from people, but I am leaving this fundraiser in God's hands. I pray His will not mine over it. Please do not feel obligated. Please feel free to share this where ever you feel led to. And even if you cannot donate yourself, prayers and good vibes are extremely appreciated as well.
