Help Save the Laughlintown Community Center

Like so many non-profits and small businesses, the Laughlintown Community Center has taken a major financial hit as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The facility relies heavily on event rentals to cover the costs of maintaining and insuring the building, the adjacent playground, and the Laughlintown Bicentennial Park. Since the spring, the volunteer-run organization has lost thousands and thousands of dollars and finds itself in desperate straits.

The volunteers of the community center have applied for a grant to offset losses, but it won't be enough to make ends meet and may only keep the facility afloat for a couple months.
