My mother recently passed away in December, and my siblings and I inherited a farmhouse, 30 acres of land, and an old sawmill. My brother is currently in prison, my sister struggles with paranoid schizophrenia, and I am a 46-year-old woman facing this challenge on my own. I have not been able to work for years due to a severely bad back, and I am currently on social security. Once everything is settled out of probate, I will likely lose my benefits, so I am looking for a way to support myself and give back to my community.

My dream is to turn the old sawmill and land into a horse boarding stable.
