Hi everyone we are fundraising to help save the Fram building in Old Town Las Vegas, NM. The Fram family helped build many buildings on the Old Town Plaza. The Fram family came to Las Vegas, NM in the late 1800’s. Jose Fram ran several stores on Bridge Streealong with his sons for more than 50 years. He then passed the current store located at 135 Bridge Street to his son Tony Fram. Tony operated a grocery store/meat market out of that store until the 1960’s when he was forced to close due to large grocers coming to town. Tony Fram then passed the building to his son Michael and his wife Maria who operated the M&M Snack Shop from this store in the 1990’s. Since then the store has fallen into disrepair and is in urgent need of repair.
Please help restore this building as the Fram family is the last pioneer family on the Plaza.
Any donations from friends, family, and anyone interested in preserving history will be greatly appreciated. 100% of funds raised will go to the restoration of the building.
