It’s almost to embarrassing for me to make this Go Fund Me. In as few words as I can I was conned by a local pastor. So now I’m really mad that this could happened . While coming to me six months ago this local pastor was coming into money within weeks from a divorce and his wife had to sell everything and give him money. Although I didn’t really approve of the way he was getting money times had been tough since Kent died I had already sold my house and paid off what I could . There was still much more to pay so selling my commercial building was my only option . It was listed with a real estate person for a while but no one could get financing . So I felt I had to try anything even the idea of settling for less and trying to be paid directly.

so I let him move it. Much to my dismay I could hardly stand the mess but I did not know it bothered my customers too. But I was going night and day trying to put what fresh produce in with the little money I had I’ve borrowed bought stuff on credit and trying everything till HE HAD THE MONEY EVERY WEEK I WOULD ASK BUT I WAS TOLD NO NOT YET !!!! By this time we were starving praying for our customers to come back But less and less were coming . Then because the church members were all using my Wi-Fi my Facebook page was hacked I did not know he was using it and givinjg my passcode out. 10,000 fans that took 12 years to build (I have a new one and I’m hoping they will like the new page)

time went on and on……I’d been living in the back of the building all this time so things got harder and harder. My friends were working here without pay to help me carry things also waiting for his large payment so they could take home money as well. My best friend rebecca came here to my side, leaving her home in Michigan. The minute my husband Kent was diagnosed with lung cancer. She came here to help me take care of him. She got sick herself remaining here with me for three years And never got to go back home. She died two days prior to this Pastor telling me he is backing out of the deal with a closing where I should have gotten $100,000 the next day . Yesterday I was reminded what rock-bottom was when he sent someone to turn the power off. I had asked for two weeks, but of course, once he con always a con I said in the parking lot last night in the darkness wondering when the electric would come back on. There is a precious angel name Suzy that brought us like again. I pray she is able to own this building in the future and put her dreams in action

That is the one thing he did help me with. I was behind on the electric, and he did put it in his name back in January but he did not pay my outstanding bill, regardless of what he has told …..in the beginning maybe he had good intentions or it was all part of the con. Yes, I will never know..

In the end he has taken me for so much more than a down payment I’ve lost my best friend while waiting forever for him to pay when I can’t help but think if it had been sooner and we were in a more suitable environment, things would have been different and she would still be here with me we were too old lady friends that had plans for the future that he also robbed me of.

The United Way of citrus county helped me keep the electric on prior to him luring me with his con. I had promised to pay them back one day so when you donate in the future, remember they are amazing people. Also Pastor Doug at the church without walls has helped me so many times he is the true meaning of the word man of God.
