Help Rock Creek Mesa & HWY 115: Court fee's over Fire Danger

We are going to court! City Council refused to vote for the safety of our community! FIRE DANGER IS REAL ALONG HWY 115 CORRIDOR!

*Westside Watch has offered to go to court for our community; they offered us their lawyer and we pay hard costs (filing fee's, etc.)

A. Over development and lack of safety concern regarding Fire Danger, lack of ingress/egress is of paramount concern.

B. The portion of the state park, TOPS, that was annexed was also rezoned. That is a major disposition change and requires a vote of the citizens that the city attorney and city council failed to recognize.

1. The developer plans on building 400 dwellings in his 1st phase.

2. Rock Creek Mesa has one main ingress / egress.

3. There is a choke point at Piute & Pawnee

4. The community has a fundamental right to safety of property and life which city council has disregarded.
