Our family has been entrusted with the care of the iconic blacksmith shop that has stood as a testament to our town's industrial and agricultural heritage for generations. This shop, once bustling centers of craftsmanship and community, is now in desperate need of preservation and restoration to ensure its preservation.
With your generous support, we aim to breathe new life into these historic structures, preserving their rich history and cultural significance. Your donations will go towards essential repairs, structural stabilisation, and the appointment of a Heritage Structural Engineer to assist with developing a plan to preserve these historic buildings.

December 2024 Update: Ballarat City Council has unanimously supported the Heritage Listing of the McGraths Ascot Blacksmith Shop and Residence - application is now being made to the Victorian Minister for Planning to approve the proposed planning amendment.
