Help Save Our Home Of 58 Years

Hello, my name is Lonnie Sieving.

My Mother and Father moved into our house in 1965 with my eldest brother Kevin and sister Angela after my sister Diane passed away at 5 months old. We have made this place more than a house, it is truly our home.

In just the past few years we have fallen upon some hard times. Kevin (45) and Angie (50) had both passed away with Alpha One Anti-Tripson a condition that attacks the lungs and liver.

Then my Father passed due to a heart condition. Only my Mother Lucile, brother James and myself remain.

With bills starting to pile up and the house falling into some disrepair we had to do a Reverse Mortgage to pay our day to days, a new roof, car repairs, property taxes and general upkeep of the property.

James (53) is on a fixed income with his disability (heart condition) Mother (82) retired also on a fixed amount and myself (50) unable to work or earn a steady income.

We are seeking your help to pay off the balance of the Reverse Mortgage loan to the amount of $30,000. The service fees and interest keeps climbing month after month to where we could never catch up to it.

Medical bills are probably going ruin us, but to lose our home would be devestating.

At the moment all we can do is sit and watch the interest eat away at the remainder of the principal and any hope of a future living here.

Our greatest fear is becoming homeless, especially Lucile and losing everything in the process. We have nowhere to go, no family to fall back upon.

I'm appealing to your sense of family, of legacy, of belonging.
