I request you please read and help save my baby sister Sonam's life. She lives now in Bhutan with our widowed mom. She is 27 years old and had just graduated from College. She had big dreams of doing something great with her life. She had just stepped into the world of work with much zeal and enthusiasm for what life had to offer.   Life knocked her down with news of  complete kidney failure this past September. This was a devastating blow. We need your help to make sure she can dream again of a bright future.

Her diagnosis has had an enormous impact on our family. She currently receives kidney dialysis several times a week .

She will need a kidney transplant.  we requested to be put on a kidney donor list. Once we have a donor, she'll have to travel from  Bhutan  to India immediately to do the surgery which is extremely costly. The dialysis, medical checkups, surgery, travel expenses and accommodation in India will require funds that we, unfortunately do not have.

Our biggest worry right now is how we will be  able to take care of everything since she and mom have no source of steady income. The weight of all this  is hitting us on a very deep level.

I’m asking my friends and family to please HELP SAVE  my little sister by making a donation!!!! No amount is too SMALL and any amount will help!!!  Your donations will go directly to the cost of the operations (donor and receiver), and any other costs that may be needed.
