My name is Mithqal, and I am a father of three children: Firas, Yusuf, and Raghad. We previously lived a very good life—one full of stability and dignity. I had a steady job working in a restaurant, and I was able to provide for my family and take care of my children without fear or worry. We dreamed of a better future and worked to build it day by day.
But unfortunately, everything has changed. Our lives have been completely destroyed. We lost our source of income and our home, and with them, the sense of safety that once protected us. Today, we are living a harsh reality unlike anything we knew before.
We now live in tents that do not protect us from the severe cold of winter, nor do they shield our children from the heat of the summer sun. The tents provide no warmth, no privacy, and no safety. With every cold night or hot day, our fear for our children’s health increases. Life here is extremely difficult, filled with exhaustion, fear, and deprivation—especially for children who have done nothing wrong except be born into this painful reality.
Today, we depend on daily donations to secure food, medicine, and the most basic necessities of life. Every day is a battle for survival, yet I try to remain strong for my children and to plant hope in their hearts despite all this pain.
I am reaching out to you for help during this difficult time. Your support can help us endure, secure our basic needs, and perhaps give my children a chance to live with dignity and safety. Any help, no matter how small, means so much to us and makes a real difference in our lives.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has read our story and chosen to stand by us. Your support is our hope in this darkness.
