Hi, I’m Glory, also known as Mama G.

I’m raising $30,000 to stabilize my Casita and protect the home that is becoming the heart of Mama G’s Traditions- a sanctuary for women, veterans, and families in transition.

This Casita is more than where I live. It is a healing space I built as a single mother while raising my three children here for over a decade. It has held years of love, care, and community support.

For more than 20 years, I’ve served others: helping families, mentoring young people, and creating safe spaces for healing. Now I’m in a season of securing and grounding the very place that allows this work to continue.

I am currently navigating a legal foreclosure process, and this GoFundMe allows me to make the required bankruptcy payment and stabilize the property so this sanctuary can remain intact.

Since 2017, this land has also been home to a Monarch butterfly sanctuary and a giant Calitrope tree that I tend daily‐ a living ecosystem of transformation and restoration for both nature and people.

Last year, I opened my home to young women transitioning out of foster care. The organization I partnered with failed to pay me and my daughter for the housing and care we provided, leaving us in unexpected debt and financial strain. That breakdown is part of what created the current pressure I am now stabilizing.

Funds raised will go toward:

*Stopping foreclosure and securing the Casita

*Stabilizing housing and operations

*Restoring transportation

*Protecting this healing sanctuary

*Formally launching Mama G’s Traditions as a nonprofit healing and sanctuary project

This home is becoming the physical foundation of Mama G’s Traditions- a nonprofit devoted to nervous-system healing, women’s circles, education, and trauma-informed restoration.

Esta Casita es más que mi hogar. Es un espacio de sanación que construí como madre soltera mientras criaba a mis tres hijos aquí durante más de diez años.

Desde 2017, esta tierra también alberga un santuario de mariposas Monarca y un árbol gigante Calitrope que cuido todos los días ‐ un ecosistema vivo de transformación y restauración.

El año pasado abrí mi hogar a jóvenes que salían del sistema de acogida. La organización con la que trabajé no nos pagó a mi hija ni a mí por la vivienda y el cuidado que brindamos, lo que nos dejó con deudas y una carga financiera inesperada.
