There is an 18-year-old brother in Gambia who is facing immense hardship. His grandmother — the one who raised him and his siblings — has recently passed away, leaving him as the eldest and only caretaker for his younger brothers and sisters.

At just 18, he now carries the heavy responsibility of providing food, clothing, shelter and medicine for his family, all while coping with the pain of losing the only parental figure they had left. Despite his efforts, life has become extremely difficult. They often go without proper meals, and their living conditions are dire.
