After a week since the start of the war in Gaza, on Friday morning, calls began urging the city's residents to evacuate and head south, where a safe passage was believed to exist. My family and I made the decision to leave on that early morning, heading towards the center of the Gaza Strip in the Nusseirat area, after we had lost the security of our previous home.

And after 20 days had passed, my brother and I decided to go shopping in the market area, and in a horrifying moment at 10:35 in the morning, we witnessed a massive explosion. We returned home after about two hours to find it destroyed and reduced to rubble The video of the destroyed house., where we lost 23 of our loved ones, including our parents, my brother, my sisters, one of whom was married to Ahmed along with her two children, my brothers' wives, and their children .

Ten days before this disaster, the occupation destroyed our six-story home in the Tuffah neighborhood, but thanks to God, my uncle and his family survived with minor injuries. Video

The shock was devastating for all of us, as we did not expect to face the same terrible fate that befell our homes. Life was beautiful before the war; where Ismael worked as a smartphone app developer and Ahmed worked in a jewelry store in Gaza. They used to gather on Fridays to have lunch together in an atmosphere of joy and happiness.

After more than 180 days of war, displacement, and living in refugee camps, Ismail and Ahmed have decided to leave Gaza in search of a new life. We understand that the road ahead will be long and we will face significant challenges, but we hold hope in your assistance as we embark on this new chapter of our lives.

بعد مضي أسبوع من بدء الحرب في غزة، في صباح يوم الجمعة، بدأت نداءات تحثُّ سكان المدينة على مغادرتها والتوجه جنوباً حيث يُعتقد أن هناك مساراً آمناً. اتخذت أنا وعائلتي قرار المغادرة في ذلك الصباح الباكر، متوجهين نحو وسط قطاع غزة في منطقة النصيرات، بعد أن فقدنا الأمان في منزلنا السابق.

ومع مرور 20 يومًا، قررت أنا وأخي الخروج للتسوق في منطقة السوق، وفي لحظة مروعة عند الساعة 10:35 صباحًا، شهدنا انفجارًا هائلًا. عدنا إلى المنزل بعد ساعتين تقريبًا لنجد أنه تم تدميره وأصبح ركامًا(فيديو للمنزل)، حيث فقدنا 23 من أحبائنا، بما في ذلك والدي ووالدتي وأخي وأخواتي بالإضافة إلى واحدة منهم متزوجة من أحمد وطفليها، وزوجات إخوتي وأطفالهم.

بعد مرور أكثر من 180 يومًا من الحرب والنزوح والتشرد في مخيمات النازحين، قرر إسماعيل و أحمد مغادرة غزة بحثًا عن حياة جديدة. ندرك أن الطريق سيكون طويلاً وسنواجه تحديات كبيرة، ولكننا نحمل الأمل في مساعدتكم لنا في بداية حياة جديدة.
