Save Frankton's Historic Train Depot

We are the Frankton History Club. For years ever since we've started the club we have wanted to seek out a permanent physical location to help save, store, and share our local history. Our dream was to always restore a historic building in town as a museum and community center. Now we have the opportunity to not only get our own location, but to also save and restore a piece of our town's history!

The old train depot in town was first built in 1892. It underwent many changes throughout the years, but ultimate it was part of the Pennsylvania RR system. The building has been moved from its orginal location across the street where it has been privately owned for the last several decades. The owner has recently been in talks with our club and has agreed to sell it to become a museum and community center!

To that end we aiming to raise $30,000 for the initial purchase of the depot and the property. We will then seek out grants and other funding sources to restore the depot to its former glory and open it as a museum and community center. We are seeking sponsors and donors to help us along the way. Every donation is appreciated but we have created sponsor tiers to help advertise your and/or your organization's support. Each donation is tax deductible as we are a 501c3 registered nonprofit.

Silver Sponsor (Over $250) - An invitation to our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!

Gold Sponsor (Over $500) - Lifetime Membership to the Frankton History Club and a Limited Edition T-Shirt!

Signage Sponsor (Over $1000) - Your name or company logo to be permamently displayed in the building on a sign or plaque!

Title Sponsor (Over $2500) - Your name or company logo to be permamently placed on one of our display cases.

Presenting Sponsor (Over $5000) - Naming rights to a room within the facility (limited to 2).

Each tier will receive all previous rewards.

If our donations do not make our goal amount, the history club will seek an endowment to grow for a future purchase.
