Please help us save Donald from foreclosure.

Donald is a disabled senior living in Santa Ana. He has lived in this home since 1957. His parents passed away & left the home to his sister since he was on disability. When his sister passed away in 2014, he had to obtain a reverse mortgage to pay off his niece & nephew. 

Donald’s insurance was cancelled in 2017 due to condition of the driveway (cracks)

The lender placed their own insurance & Donald did not realize this was placing him in default on his loan, 

I have created a budget with Donald & he can afford the taxes and insurance with his $910 of social security. 

Donald is not allowed to have a roommate due to social security rules.  He can not benefit from the property financially while he is alive. 


The bank has refused a loan modification. They do not have a loan mod package or a loan mod department. 

October 16th is the date of the foreclosure trustee sale.  

Please help save  Donald  from foreclosure. Thank you.
