Hi, we’re the Menendez family, and we’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help in saving our cherished family dog, Chiquita Menendez.

Chiquita has been part of our lives for 12 wonderful years. Just one month after celebrating her 15th birthday, our sweet girl was viciously attacked by a much larger dog. She suffered three fractured ribs, serious lung bruising and deep puncture wounds to her chest. It’s been a devastating and traumatic experience — but Chiquita is a fighter.

Anyone who knows her knows she’s full of life, energy, and love. We truly believe she still has more happy years ahead of her — if we can get her the urgent care she needs.

Right now, Chiquita needs oxygen therapy and possibly surgery to survive this. The cost of her care is more than we can manage alone, and we are humbly asking for support from anyone who’s able to help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward her treatment and recovery.
