Hello Bison Clan Bow River, an indigenous grassroots organization, has biweekly outreach days that supply harm reduction, hygiene, clothing, and other necessities, such as food, to our vulnerable and unhoused community members in DT/Beltline Mohkinstis (YYC). We also have a missing persons database.

We need help! We are currently extremely low on funds and have only about two months of operational funds remaining.

Our annual expenses:

$ 3'200 Storage fees

$ 2'400 essentials

= $5'600 total per year

We are fundraising one year's worth of annual expenses.

How do we keep our costs so low? Community engagement: our community has been amazing at donating essentials for our biweekly outreach that supplies our vulnerable and unhoused community members with weather-appropriate clothing, harm reduction & basic first aid, hygiene products, and lunch sacks of non-perishable foods.

We are also thankful to the other groups that continue to support us with donations like handmade toques and hot meals.
