We have an urgent situation and we need your help.

Astoria Cat Rescue has been a safe haven for abandoned, stray, and at-risk cats in Queens, NY for years. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers and your support, we've been able to provide shelter, medical care, and loving forever homes to hundreds of cats and kittens.

But now, we’re facing a heartbreaking challenge: the building that houses our rescue is being sold, and we must find a new space to continue our mission — or risk having to shut down.

We’re not giving up, and we know you won’t either.

We’re launching this emergency fundraiser to help us secure a new location, cover moving costs, and set up a safe, functional, and upgraded space for our cats.

We operate in Astoria and Long Island City (LIC), in Queens, NY. Our vision is to transform our neighborhood by informing caring residents about the suffering of the large feral cat population. Astoria Cat Rescue Inc. feeds numerous colonies of homeless cats or approximately 90+ cats a day and tries to trap-neuter-rehome as many as possible.
