Help Save My Grandbabies Life..!!!

I'm a Grandfather of a wonderful grandaughter..( aren't they all?)..in dire need of Sir Galahad...Need help with editing my intro from ..Molly, Stephanie, Top Hall, and Doc Berry..

My son is married and has a beautiful little girl. Unfortunately, the marriage has been complicated for several reasons. Most significantly, the mother of my granddaughter is not well. My son’s wife has behavioral issues that continually jeopardize my granddaughter’s wellbeing. 

My son’s wife is emotionally and mentally abusive. She has a violent temper with outbursts that tends me to believe she has "IED" ( Intermittant Explosive Disorder), which could lead to her outburts becoming physical. Routinely, she verbally abuses my 6-year-old granddaughter. As a result of an attempt to subdue one of these episodes, my son was charged with domestic violence.

Neither my son nor his wife can parent responsibly. His wife now plans to move to Texas and plans to take our granddaughter with her to the most desolent place I have ever seen. Because of the violent and abusive behavior exhibited by my son’s wife, it has become necessary to try and intervene legally. An emergency injunction for guardianship would prevent my granddaughter from being taken from Ohio to out of state. Thats why I need you. Lawyers aren't exactly in my budget.

The location where my granddaughter is to be taken is remote.  If something were to happen, she would be subjected to that state's law and social services. 

My wife and I have had informal custody of my granddaughter in the past, but no legal processes were involved. My son just gave her to us as far as he is concerned. She has been in our care for much of her life. We are the security, safety, and stabilizing influence she relies on.  Because his wife now plans to take my granddaughter to a different state it has become necessary to ask the court to appoint me as conservator of my granddaughter. 

The situation is dismal. Though we able to care for and provide for my granddaughter, we simply do not have the means to acquire legal representation necessary to fight this battle successfully in court. 

Additionally, my wife,  is hospitalized at this time, recovering from emergency hip surgery after a recent fall.  Though I am embarrassed to do so, I am asking for your help. For the sake of my granddaughter, I am leaning on my friends. Please help me save this beautiful little girl.
