Help Satya creating chances for kids in Ghana

I am Satya den Boer and I am originally from The Netherlands. In June of this year, I came to Ghana to work on voluntary basis to help as an instructor for the Coach the Coaches Course, the course is organised to help over 80 coaches from 6 countries in Africa to improve their coaching skills, but also to learn from the local coaches and get the life-experience.
During my stay in Ghana, I fell in love with a project called the “Ball & Brain” project by the Ngorli Organization. The aim of this project is to attract children to take education seriously and they use football as a tool. I felt that I can really make an impact and help to create a bright future for the kids. That's why I decided to stay and live in Ghana. My goal is to set up a Professional Football Academy.
Together with my local team, we want to create hope for our players, their dream is to play football at the highest level and outside Ghana.
The desired outcomes of the academy are:
1) Creating hope and opportunities towards a bright future for all kids, even if their talent is not in the field of sports.
2) To develop and improve the technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities of young players and to encourage them to lead a healthy lifestyle
3) To offer professional football training sessions, at the same time creating an experience, opportunities and hope for our players.
4) To create a full human being who can be successful in life both on and off the pitch.
To achieve these goals, we need to have a better and a professional environment. Right now, we need the money/support to make the academy more professional. These are our priorities in terms of needs and funds raised will be used invested accordingly. We anticipate on raising about €90,000 but with €5,000 we can initiate some very important steps in the overall goal.
1. Qualified and paid staff (coaches)
2. Balls and equipment
3. Filming matches and training sessions; making clips
4. Pitch with basic facilities (flowing water, dressing room)
5. Feeding of the players
6. Gym
7. Accommodation to house players
