Help Sasha buy a plane ticket to serve in Haifa!

Hello everyone, my name is Sasha Mckinney.
I’m 18 years old and I’m a member of the Baha’i Faith. I’m just finishing up a year of homefront pioneering in Oregon, and I’m going to serve as a security guard for 1.5 years in Haifa, at the Baha’i World Center!
It has been my dream since I was old enough to dream to serve in Haifa, and now I finally can. My offer to serve was accepted December of 2023, and my visa application is in progress! I’m set to leave in august 2024!
The only issue is the cost of the air fare. Because I’m serving full time in my nucleus and focus neighborhood, I’m not able to get a steady job to cover the fare (though I am delivering for Doordash in my spare time to save up money), and the Universal House of Justice won’t cover the fare for short-term service.
I’m so lucky to have the opportunity to serve in the Baha’i Holy Land itself, and I’m enormously grateful for all the support I’ve received already on my journey of service. I’m so thankful for any contributions, and I’m full of radiance and humility at the chance to be a humble servant to the Universal House of Justice.
