Our gorgeous precious little niece Isla has just had emergency surgery to remove a brain tumour. While we don’t yet know exactly what type of cancer it is, the hospital has confirmed that the tumour was high grade and highly aggressive which means that she now has to undergo weeks of radiotherapy and possibly chemotherapy. This means trips to the Bristol Children’s Hospital 5 days a week for at least 6 weeks and we thought, on behalf of all the family, the least we could do was start a fighting fund for Sarah and David to tap into to cover travel expenses in the first instance and put towards any potential additional treatments that might be available to get Isla well again. With all our support they might even be able to treat the girls to a family break together when Isla is well enough.
