I am a mom of two young children, and right now, we are facing a really tough time. I have been a full-time caregiver for my kids, staying home with them while their father works. Unfortunately, our situation has become unsafe and unhealthy, and I know my children deserve better. I haven’t been able to work since 2022 because I don’t have access to a car—he uses it for his job—and I have no one to help with childcare. This has made it impossible for me to earn an income or provide the stability my kids need.

Over the past year, I’ve had to rely on credit cards just to get by, and now I’m struggling with debt on top of everything else. My biggest hope is to save enough to move us into a new, safe place and to cover some of our debts. If I can also afford childcare, I’ll finally be able to look for a job and start building a better life for my family. My kids deserve a happier, more secure future, and I am determined to give that to them.
