Help Sandra During Her Surgery Recovery

Hello everyone, My name is Sandra.

After years of chronic pain and trying to gut it out, my doctor thinks it is finally time for me to have corrective surgery on my Spine in Shreveport, LA, on Friday, May 31st. It isn't something I am excited about having, but he thinks it is one of my only options for relief. I will be unable to work and in recovery for about 8-12 weeks, which is why I am coming to my friends and family to help me with a recovery fund.

I receive a limited monthly income and work part-time but haven't been able to as of late because my pain has become debilitating. That's why I'm asking for help to make sure my family (My son Cameron and disabled brother Kevin), and I don't have anything to worry about financially during my recovery, as well as cover any expenses my son Cameron may have as he will have to stay with me for a time in Shreveport before I am released from the hospital and able to come home.
