My name is Jamie. This is my mom, Sandra. My mom is in stage 4, end-of-life cirrhosis. My sister and dad are having to take her back and forth to the doctor weekly for ultrasounds and everything else. Our family is struggling with gas more than anything. My husband, Jason, and I live 2 and a half hours away and have seen my mother once in a whole month. We can't even get up to see her because we ourselves are struggling. It's not just gas. Mom is tired and has been setting up her camper and trying to make it livable, and she's still fatigued and can barely get it done. When they moved to be closer to my sister for help, my dad also had a spell. He went to the E.R., and they found 2 holes in his colon. Mom can't drive. Pops is sick; he doesn't eat or get hungry often. And it's all falling on my sister. I started this GoFundMe in hopes that someone may contribute even a dollar. Every penny helps. Both parents are bad off and getting worse, and my sister is trying to maintain her own life and take care of both parents. She needs my help.
