Help Samiu Secure a Fair Custody Battle

Hey friends and family,

This is so out of our comfort zone, but we are at a loss of what to do. Samiu is in the middle of a nasty custody battle - false claims and allegations are being made out of spite, and legal contracts are not being followed on the other parent’s end. Unfortunately the only way to handle this is in court and we have exhausted all of our means and have no options for pulling anymore loans out. The lawyer Samiu previously had was only in it for the money and did next to nothing to help our case. We found a lawyer we feel confident in, but we are not able to retain him with the money we have. We understand times are hard for everyone, and would very much appreciate good thoughts and prayers for our little family just as much as any monetary donation. Please pray for hearts to be softened and for the kids to be made the priority.

Samiu is the best father I know. He is so attentive and so involved. He’s making every situation about the kids and having fun. He is the most patient and kind man I know, and has stepped in and fathered my kids better than I could’ve ever hoped for. He works so hard to financially be able to fight for our kids and it seems that we are always drowning and feel defeated. If you know either of us, you know we don’t ever ask for help. We try to do everything on our own and keep a positive attitude, but we have exhausted any and all financial pathways available and we are running out of time. I love and appreciate all of your kindness and love for our little family. And I’m praying we are in a position soon to be able to pay it forward.
