Help Samantha Wendling

My sister Samantha is my best friend and has had to endure so much in life. When she was less than a year old she suffered from cancer. After a lot of treatment and surgeries she was finally better. In 2013 she got pregnant with twins. Unfortunately God had other plans and at just 17 weeks gave birth to two beautiful little boys and had to say goodbye the very same day. Then in 2016 she found out she was pregnant again. A little girl this time. We were all filled with joy and so excited about having her in our lives. I was beyond excited at the opportunity to finally be an aunt. Then on Dec 22 she went into the hospital for pain. Turns out she was starting to go into labor. They thought they had stopped it, but on Dec 24th, Christmas eve her water broke. Layla Mae decided to come into the world on Dec 25th at just 25 weeks. She weighed 1lb 11oz. Absolutely beautiful! Samantha was beyond proud and filled with love and joy. Layla seemed like she was doing great at first. For a week she was breathing on her own and doing good. Then in a matter of two days things took a bad turn. She developed an infection which was too severe for her to fight, even though she tried so hard. Samantha had to once more say goodbye to Layla as she passed away in her arms on January 4th. She has decided to take some time off work. I am just trying to raise money to help with service costs, hospital bills, and regular bills while she takes some time to help herself heal a little. Our whole family is hurting and this pain she has now had to go through multiple times is absolutely devastating. We mostly just ask for prayers. Anything beyond that is above and beyond and we love you all for it.
