Help Sam Kynard move back home

Please help Sam Kynard for losses she’s taken from renting a room out to someone who refuses to leave.
Several months ago, Sam rented a room in her house out, as she’s done several times in the past. It turned out to be a bad fit so she gave him a 60 day notice. He agreed without issue. The roommate began to have increasingly erratic behavior- smoking weed in the house, yelling, slamming doors, changing locks, sending weird photos of bullets and making threats. Sam felt unsafe and had to move into her parent's house in January. Every day she would stop by her house and check on it with her dad or friends. All pictures of Sam and her family were removed from the walls and fridge and were face down with a note that said “I can’t stand to see your faces!”. Multiple times we’d go over and he would have the heater up to almost 80 degrees with the windows wide open and all of the lights on. He has also left the stove burner turned on a few times without being at home. This is only a small sample of the things that this guy has done. Sam ultimately had to get a restraining order on him because of his behavior. Also, he’s been 86’d by a local grocery store for his erratic behavior and harassment of employees.
This Go Fund Me is to help make Sam whole from someone of her recent monetary losses. She’s been living at her parent's house since January 2. Here is a list of expenses that she’s lost because of him:
January electrical bill $550
January no rent payment $650
Unlawful detainer fee $250.
His move out date was supposed to be February 2 at 5:00pm. He has refused to leave. He was served the unlaw detainer yesterday, February 3.
