My name is Salma, and I live in the UK. I have set up this campaign for my dear friend, Riman, and her family, who are living through an unimaginable crisis in Gaza. I have been a friend of Riman’s since July 24, and during this time, I’ve seen her incredible strength and determination, especially in how she cares for her two young daughters, Sally and Jannah, despite the overwhelming hardships they face.

Riman is 29 years old, and like many others in Gaza, she has lost almost everything. She and her family were forced to flee their home in the northern part of Gaza and are now living in a tent in the south. Their home was destroyed, they lost their livelihoods, and Riman’s husband, Bilal, lost his job.

At this moment, Riman, Bilal, and their two young daughters are living in constant fear of further displacement. They are battling freezing winter temperatures in the tent, struggling to find food and clean water, and living in constant uncertainty about their safety. Despite all of this, Riman’s spirit remains strong, as she does everything she can to protect her children and keep them safe.

This is where we, as a global community, can make a difference.

I’ve set up this fundraising campaign to support Riman and her family during this incredibly difficult time. The donations will go directly to:

Providing emergency food and clean water for Riman and her family.

Providing safe shelter to protect them from the cold and the dangers surrounding them.

Rebuilding their home once it is safe, so Riman and her family can start over and regain some stability.
