Help Salem Citizens Reverse Rezoning Decision

Salem, Virginia citizens are organizing to file a lawsuit against Salem City Council. The goal is to reverse the June 24, 2024 decision to approve rezoning of the Baptist Children's Home property to a planned unit district that includes up to 340 residences along narrow roads and commercial property, including a hotel, grocery store, restaurants and other commercial enterprises if those ventures fail.

Please support this effort with a donation to the litigation fund. All funds will be used to pay attorney fees and litigation costs. If any funds remain after the litigation, they will be donated to The Salvation Army.
