I am making this campagne on behalf of my friend Saeed Shehada. His story is below:

I am the teacher, Saeed Walid, a Palestinian. I live in Gaza. I am single. I am 34 years old. I graduated from the university and worked as a teacher for 8 years.

currently, i am living in Gaza strip and withness of the ongoing war on Gaza.

our home had destroyed my and also the school where I was teaching was partially destroyed.

Now I live in a worn-out tent that does not protect the heat of summer or the cold and rain of winter, and I have spend all the money that I was saving for my marriage.

Now I am moving as a displaced person from tent to tent, escaping death, bombing, and destruction, and now I have no home, no money, and no work to benefit from...

I live in ruins, without dreams, and with a lost and unknown future. I need your help to rebuild my life and be able to stand difficult moment in Gaza.

Despite all these circumstances, I am trying to complete my educational career by studying for a master’s degree in the Department of Psychology to help the Gazan people, especially the displaced children of Gaza, in these difficult circumstances that we are going through, but I stopped because the war took all my money, and now I cannot complete what I planned.

Updates 03/2026:

My friend Saeed was injured in March 2026 by an explosive projectile in his home in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City, located on the front line with the Israeli army forces.

It caused fragmentation of the upper jawbone and the finger bone, requiring surgeries including the placement of a titanium plate and bone grafting in the jaw, as well as a titanium plate insertion in the finger.
