Help little SAED and my family smile after the genocide!

I am saed AlGhazzawi, an engineer and IT technician, from Gaza, occupied Palestine. My family consists of 3 daughters; Tala(10), Sara (8), and Aya (2); and my wife, Intisar, a biologist, and myself.

The ongoing Israeli genocide over Gaza has damaged what I had been building over the last two decades years of my life!

My humble house, which we built with debts, love, dreams, memories, laughs and tears, has got greatly damaged . I had always thought it could be the safest place where we could live without thinking how hard the world outside is. Any normal person would want to have a place to go back to after a very long, hard day of work and study! Instead of being in our home, we live in tents enduring the scorching sun and high humidity. Israel placed us in permittivity. We have to stand in a very long queue to get water after walking some distance then carry it all the way to our tent. After that, we stand in another long queue to get some bread. We also cook on fire and the smoke hurts badly. And of course, i spend a lot of time convincing my kids that the massive bombardments they hear are fireworks and that the current famine is some sort of diet. The daily burdens never end.

My projects, being an administrator, engineer, and an IT man; have been cancelled due to the lack of internet, dispossession, and the unbearable conditions inflicted upon us. People here are both jobless and homeless.

I can't help thinking of our warm home. It needs a lot of repair. We are going to need it badly after this terribly long, deadly genocide.

This genocide has led my daughters' health to deteriorate. All of us suffer from dehydration, multinutrition, and emaciation. Their childhood has been robbed. The genocide also wasted a whole year of them without schools. I ache for them. As a father, it is killing me.

I wonder if repairing our home can give my angles some sense of normalcy and relief! All I hope for is to give my family a decent life and a safe shelter .

Help us start over a new life, set up our home again, and help my daughters get better in a safer place. Help me in restoring the smiles of my kids.
