Help Ryan Reunite with His Children
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Aaron Paplaczyk and I am writing on behalf of my Niece, Nephew, and Brother: Violet, Jameson, and Ryan Paplaczyk. I never really thought I would be here, but unfortunately, I am blown away and stunned by the events that’s have unfolded over the past few years but more specifically the past 5 months or so. With all options exhausted at this point I am here asking for your help with raising funds and awareness regarding the abduction of my niece and nephew for the legal defense dues financial toll this has caused. On or around the end of February or beginning of March 2024 my sister-in-law abducted their children Violet and Jameson Paplaczyk and fled the country and are currently in Germany. To make matters more complicated she is not a citizen of the United States. My Brother, Ryan has done everything imaginable: contacting the FBI, State Department, TSA, the local authorities, other like entities, filing an emergency order. He received very little help or concern in general from any of these agencies and currently has a hearing in November of this year which has already been delayed multiple times making it more difficult for Violet and Jameson to see their father. She previously went through the legal and correct process in 2012, my brother Ryan and her together, knowingly petitioned for modification to an existing parenting plan for Simon, Ryan’s stepson, to legally secure the means to move to America from Germany together as one family. This is similar to what is expected here in America. Clearing knowing and demonstrating the legal way to address custody changes. It is terrifying and concerning that she, despite being their mother and a non-citizen was able to leave the country to Germany with no accountability, prevention measures, or the like.
These kids and my brother have been through the ringer over the past 5 years. In 2019, Ryan decided to leave the Army after 16 years on active duty due to his service being used against him in a messy divorce. While the legal system minimized his ability to be a father due to his service to our nation, he was attacked and slandered for his decision to separate out of the army to be there for his children Violet and Jameson. Most importantly, he has been an amazing father to Violet and Jameson over the years. Focusing on doing things together and quality time. Ryan has been their biggest supporter and cheerleader, but also acting as a teacher and mentor, imparting invaluable life lessons on them with patience, wisdom, love, and being their friends as needed through these difficult and challenging times. Even with all of these obstacles he has maintained a respectful demeanor towards their mother in front of them, always trying to prioritize their best interest over his own.
I know this has been an extremely difficult and painful time for him and the children, especially over the last five months since she fled the country with Violet and Jameson. She put an ocean between her children and their father. The way these kids were taken, dramatically uprooted from their home and lives to a new country was completely morally wrong and illegal. Those kids weren’t even given the opportunity to tell their dad goodbye. No child should ever have to endure this kind of treatment and trauma as no mother or father should have this done to them either. Sadly, the reality is this will take many months to possibly years before a resolution is rendered. Especially with the complication of making this an international affair. I know this is a challenging economic time for everyone, but I am humbly asking only if you are able to please donate anything and to share to help fight to bring home these great kids, back to the States, and supporting this man who has selflessly served our nation for the sole purpose of legal service’s in Georgia and in Germany we would be eternally grateful.
If you have any questions, concerns, or any other way you are able to help please feel free to share this story and reach out to me. If there are remaining proceeds remaining after the conclusion of this case they will be donated to another service member or Veteran who is experiencing a similar situation. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
