I'm Ryan Wood, owner/operator of Exd Pro LLC (Auto Detailing).

Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share some unfortunate news that has significantly impacted my business and personal life.

Recently, my work truck was broken into, and all of my essential auto detailing supplies and equipment were stolen. This loss has not only left me without the tools necessary to provide the quality service you have come to expect, but it has also put a financial strain on my business and created a setback in my ongoing plans of growth and improvement.

While insurance covered a very small portion of the loss, it did not fully compensate for the impact on my operations and the value of my supplies and tools.

In light of this situation, I am reaching out to you, my valued customers and friends, for your support. If you are able, I kindly ask for your assistance by considering a donation. I had already been slowly-financing the build of a Mobile Skid that will be bolted to my truck bed and have all of the essential commercial & residentual equipment mounted on it (shown in the opening video). My business growth was always in the making but NOW more than ever, I need this mobile skid to be FAST-Tracked to replace my losses and be far better equipped for new commercial, fleet and residentual accounts to better service my customers than I was before the theft, especially coming into the dark-winter time where the detailing business slows way down in the PNW.
