Help Ryan Install Solar Heaters in Ladakh

I’m Ryan Bezdek, a student at the University of Texas at Austin. For a class project with a real-world impact, I chose to support Project Ladakh (https://projectladakh.org/#), a nonprofit that installs solar-powered water heaters in remote Himalayan villages in northern India.

These communities endure long, freezing winters without access to hot water, making hygiene and daily living extremely difficult, especially for children and the elderly. Project Ladakh brings simple, sustainable energy solutions that dramatically improve quality of life.

My goal is to raise $6,500 to fund the installation of 15 solar water heaters, and to personally travel to Ladakh to assist in the setup alongside local partners. Every dollar raised will go directly toward these installations and personal travel cost.
