Help Ryan Find a Safe Home After Brain Surgery

Donation protected
Help Ryan raise the money he needs to afford an indoor residence (either apartment or used RV) while he recovers from brain surgery. Ryan is a cancer patient at the Stanford Cancer Clinic. He has stage 4 leiomyosarcoma—an incredibly rare form of cancer called sarcoma that has started to spread to the rest of his body. Ryan is also homeless; he lives with his three adorable dogs in a van that he calls home. A little less than two years ago, we helped raise money for Ryan after his van caught on fire, destroying his and his dogs' home. Luckily, Ryan was able to use this money to buy a new van that he could call home and use as transportation to his lifesaving chemotherapy appointments.

Now, Ryan needs your help again. Ryan recently suffered from a seizure, and when doctors conducted a CT, they discovered the reason why it happened: three tumors in his brain. The good news is that surgeons were able to perform brain surgery to remove them. The bad news is that Ryan has to live in a clean, indoor residence during his recovery. If he stays in his van, he would be running the risk of a post-surgery brain infection and could die.

We need your help to raise the funds needed for Ryan to afford an indoor residence for the next few months. Every donation matters and is very much appreciated!
