On May 16, 2025, our beloved grandmother Ruby’s home — a place filled with decades of memories, love, and faith — was completely destroyed by a tornado that tore through St. Louis, MO.

What once stood as a refuge and anchor for generations of our family is now rubble. My cousins were inside the home when it collapsed, and by God’s grace, they survived

The loss is unimaginable: not just of belongings, but of security, stability, and the place we called home.

This house wasn’t just a building. It was Ruby’s pride. It was where we gathered for holidays, where she prayed over us, fed us, loved us fiercely, and reminded us of who we are. Ruby is the heartbeat of our family, and this tragedy has shaken us to the core.
