Help Rose Fight for Custody; JusticeForThea

Hello. This fundraiser is to assist not only in raising funds but also raising awareness.

Rose Vacheresse has been my best friend for 25 years! We've always been close. She was raised by a beautiful, kind, loving, artistic family in Stoutsville (where we met!). Her family home and their beautiful barns sit on the edge of town. They have so many friends and come from a large family! Some of the most wonderful people I have ever met, all of them. No exceptions! I share that so that you are aware of Rose's background because that's only the beginning of explaining her character!

Rose is a beautiful, single mother of two. She loves being a mother!!! She cooks and cleans and sews, she loves making them toys and artwork. Shes creative as they learn and grow.

Theres Liam, a typical teenage boy with type 1 diabetes, is in the marching band and, much like the rest of his family, embraces his individuality in every way. He is very smart, very kind, very creative, and he loves his mama and his little sister!

We were thrilled to learn she was having a little princess, Thea, the reason behind these stories and the reason for this request, is Rose's beautiful 3-year-old daughter! She looks just like her mama and often acts like her too! She's funny and creative! She loves her family and typical three-year-old activities... however...

Thea is at the center of an ugly custody battle.

Her father is (to say the very least) unkind and controlling.

In court, he and his significant other have been given every opportunity to create a narrative that has painted Rose in a light that is not only completely untrue, it has compromised her relationship with her child.

To keep it short and simple, the only way for me to describe this situation is that Thea has been kidnapped legally, allowed to do so because the magistrate overseeing this case has been unfair and unkind. From my perspective and I'm sure from many, Rose has done nothing criminal, illegal, or even unkind.

The courts want her to be quiet; they don't want her to speak. She doesn't have an attorney, that's why I am asking for these funds. The father of her child has only had a financial advantage, and in the eyes of the courts, I suspect that is enough. Rose has no criminal history, no abuse, no neglect, no drug or alcohol abuse or history of such, and yet because she is loud, because she's not been quiet while quite literally begging the courts to reconsider, she remains reprimanded at every turn and time with her child is used to control her every move.

She's had her child torn away from her.

They miss one another.

I see people who are charged with crimes or actively using drugs, who get more time with their children.

Rose has had false police reports filed against her, when this was spoken on she was ignored.

The magistrate has spoken terribly to her as well as stalking her social media.

The magistrate shares a maiden name that is the same Theas father, yet this was also ignored.

Rose needs an attorney and she needs our help to obtain one!

Her family has continued to help in every way they can. This has gone on long enough!

Rose has now had time taken away and a request was made for visits at a visit center. It was granted after Rose only requested more time with her. We are going backwards with no solid evidence as to why! She just wants this fight to be fair. She's not given up; she will likely initially be upset I've created this account for her, but it's the only thing I know how to do!

We are in contact with news reporters and stations as well. I'm trying to bring awareness to the corruption and how it significantly affects those around us.
