My name is Harlan McHugh (Santa) and with the help of this generous community, I am raising money to help a young family.
Rose and her family are living in a dilapidated motor home in San Jose/Campbell. It has no heat, is overrun with mold, a leaking roof, no running water and it is inoperable. The mother (Rose) and her two little girls, ages 2 and 3, don't deserve this. This is why I was moved to create a GoFundMe on their behalf.
With help from some friendly individuals, she has been temporarily moved to a motel so they are all safe, warm and have some shelter while we try to get her some type of housing arranged.
Her vehicle was stolen but recovered. The condition of the vehicle isn't safe to drive as it needs brakes, tires, bodywork... all due to being stolen. On top of all of this, she also had a stroke a few months ago and is struggling to raise her 2 daughters on her own.

There are a series of financial needs but not limited to only these items:
1. Stable housing
2. Reliable vehicle
3. Working cellphone and suitable service plan
3. Food
4. Clothes, diapers, essentials for her and her girls
5. Rehabilitation (from the stroke)
6. Consistent work that allows her to support her family
Rose was brave enough to remove herself and her children from an abusive home. She would like to go back to work as soon as she is able, as she doesn't want to be a burden on others. For now, she needs our help to just get back on her feet and keep her girls in a safe environment and in good health during an uncertain time.
I am confident this loving community will be inspired to help give this young family a new life and a happy, stable, healthy upbringing.
