Hi everyone,

I’m starting this fundraiser to help my cousin Rori, a hardworking 14-year-old, get back the bike he loved and worked so hard to buy.

On the 11th July, 2025, Rori’s beloved metallic purple Commencal Absolut RS was stolen from his home in South Windsor. It wasn’t just a bike… it was his pride and joy. He saved up, worked hard, and poured every ounce of effort into earning it. It's valued at around $3000.00

Thanks to the power of community, the person responsible was caught, but sadly the bike was never recovered. Despite video footage, countless shares, and incredible offers of help from strangers, the bike seems to be gone for good.

Rori has already been through more than any young teen should, and losing something he worked so hard for has been a heartbreaking blow.

Rori really wants to earn back what he lost. This GoFundMe gives us a way to help him rebuild what was unfairly taken and remind him that good people outweigh the bad.

How the Funds Will Be Used

All donations will go directly toward replacing Rori’s stolen bike and the equipment he lost with it. (helmet, lights, lock, and accessories) He really wants to get back to doing what he loves: riding freely again. This GoFundMe will hopefully get him back to riding a little faster.

Every little bit helps. Whether it’s $5, $20, or simply sharing this post. Let’s show Rori that even when bad things happen, community and kindness can help make it right again.

Thank you all for your support and compassion.
