Help Ron & Chuck Move Forward

Help Ron & Chuck move on with their lives. This has gone on for far too long. If you live in Norfolk you have passed by this sign for many, many years. As hilarious as it is, it’s time to get some closure on the outstanding balance and let the public shaming be put to rest. I think we would all like to see Chucks balance be zeroed out so both can move on and live a happy and healthy rest of their lives. Money will be given directly to Ron Hess with the agreement that he takes down the sign or alters it so it reads that Chuck Akoury is no longer under his thumb.
