Hi, my name is Rochelle. I am a wife and a mother whose family is really struggling at the moment. I work full-time for a local elementary school and do my best to help everyone I can, even when I don't have much to give.

My family is having a very hard time finding a place to call home. Almost 3 years ago now, we were evicted from our apartment due to owing back rent because of COVID. When the moratorium was lifted, we got evicted. That eviction is still stopping us from getting housing to this day.

We have to move out of the place we have been staying as it was a friend's relative who was letting us stay while our daughter finished her senior year. She just graduated, and now we have to be out by the first of the month. We still haven't found a place to accept our application, so that leaves us with nowhere to live starting July 1st. We have talked about a long-term hotel, but the prices are really high due to summer, so I am asking for some help while we find a permanent place.

I am one who has a hard time asking/accepting help, but it is time to swallow my pride for my family. If you can help, awesome! If you can't, I totally understand. Thank you in advance for any help and prayers.
